Our Fees

A: Tax service problems other than Tax Return preparation:

Our fees are based on an hourly rate @ $50.00 per hour with a minimum hours per case as following:

1- Consultation: a minimum of 2 hours.

2- Tax Lien, Tax Levy, Wage Garnishment: a minimum of 6 hours.

3- Installment Agreement WITHOUT financial statements: a minimum of 4 hours.

4- Installment Agreement WITH financial statements: a minimum of 8 hours.

5- Tax Representation, Negotiation, Tax Audit, Tax Appeal: a minimum of 10 hours.

6- IRS Offer in Compromise preparation: a minimum of 12 hours.

7- IRS Offer in Compromise representation: a minimum of 10 hours.

Plus the cost of transportation, travel, postage, copies, telephone, or any other related expenses to be reimbursed to us by our client.

B-Income Tax Returns:

Our fees for income tax returns are per return basis as following:

1-Non-Filed prior years tax returns for Individuals:  Starts at $150.00 per return for form 1040 or 1040A, plus an additional fee for each additional form, schedule, or worksheet (based on the complexity of each return).

All documents needed for the preparation of the return must be submitted to us at the time of request, otherwise, there will be an additional charge for each request of missing documents.

Any accounting work, calculation of income or expenses, reconstruction of income and expenses, assisting in obtaining missing documents, arranging documents, etc. will be charged as an additional work @ $50.00 per hour or part of an hour.  therefore; to avoid this charge, all documents, income & expenses, donation, etc. should be submitted to us, and all numbers should be calculated ready to be used for the preparation of the tax return.

2-Current year tax returns: Same as above except starting at $100.00 per individual tax return instead of $150.00.
